Plot Summary: What happens in Phir Aik Sazish?
Phir Aik Sazish begins with Inspector Madhav (Prakash Tiwari) and his girlfriend Kamya living a happy life until Kamya's mother and two other ladies of elite society are brutally murdered. Following these killings, a famous actress Malvika Roy is also killed by the same person. The police suspect that all the murders are connected and start looking for the serial killer.
Meanwhile, Malvika's daughter Muskan (Mamta Soni) enlists the help of her boyfriend Rohan (Dillzan Wadia) to find her mother's killer. They join a cruise with their three friends Chanda, Ritu, and Kamya (not to be confused with Madhav's girlfriend). On the cruise, they meet a gypsy fortune teller who predicts that they too will die like their mothers. She also says that Muskan will be the last one to die.
Rohan tries to protect the girls with the help of Inspector Madhav, but one by one they are killed by a masked murderer.
